Exploring research on the latest cutting-edge neuroscience is a passion that drives Dr. Tammy. She has an unquenchable thirst for knowledge that she can utilize in helping others develop the skills necessary to begin living the life they have always wanted. Her research ranges from techniques to shift your body/brain from fear to faith and love, positive psychology, becoming more calm and focused, post-traumatic growth, peak performance, and brain based mind/body/spirit wellness.
As a dedicated Christian she has always been active in local ministries. She has served on the boards of non-profits, provided consultation and supervision for charities, and hosts a Bible study in her home. Dr. Tammy has also been a church personal committee member, a trainer of support group leaders, been involved with youth outreach, and leadership for Christian camping and women’s personal development. Her greatest mission continues to be the hosting of Ukrainian orphans and advocating for them to have a future and a hope.
Dr. Tammy has been married for almost 25 years and lives in her dream location by the water in Florida with her husband and two of the three burgeoning now teenage and adult daughters who were internationally adopted at the ages of 9, 10 and 12. They also have two fiercely loyal and spirited miniature pinschers, which complete the family and serve as continual reminders of God’s unfailing and relentless love.
